Terms of Service

By using AgentKeys ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

AgentKeys provides a secure credential proxy for AI agents. You store credentials (API keys, tokens, passwords, cookies) and your agents access them through proxy tokens. We encrypt credentials at rest and decrypt them only to fulfill proxy requests.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and workspace. Keep your workspace API key and proxy tokens confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Store credentials you don't have the right to use
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or plan restrictions
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer the proxy or encryption systems
• Use the Service to send spam or abuse third-party APIs

You are solely responsible for the credentials you store. AgentKeys encrypts them at rest but cannot verify their validity or your authorization to use them.

We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of credentials you store, including API rate limits, account suspensions, or charges from third-party services.

Free accounts are subject to usage limits. Paid plans are billed monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored until the end of their current billing period.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take credential security seriously and implement industry-standard encryption.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentKeys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your credentials will be permanently deleted. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for more than 12 months.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
